If you dont have unzip, use your macOs distributions built-in package manager to install it. Please advise on how I may obtain or build a command version. Extract (unzip) the files from the package. However, when I attempt to make and install the command version I receive an install error (see below). I did copy the entire repository and the directory structure appears to match the tree structure described. I find no tar directories when following any of those links. (The readme says: "Download the source for spimsimulator from sourceforge (), either through Subversion from the spimsimulator repository () or by downloading a tarball ().") In attempting to build the terminal command version, I immediately ran into problems because the readme in the SVN repository does not match the directory structure. I have tried to use QSPIM, however the user interface is not accessible. This screen reader permits one to use the Terminal window. Installation Windows Download the file and save it on your machine. However, the Unix version of xspim can be compiled and run on Mac OS X. I am Blind and use the Mac Voiceover screen reader which is built-in to Mac OSX Sierra. There is no specific Macintosh version of spim. I am a University student, and we are required to utilize the SPIM simulator for a computer science "computer org" course.
